An independent tool, not a company or a brand with a team behind it - just what it does, plainly.
IPOCheckr does two things for Indian mainboard and SME IPOs: it checks your IPO allotment status directly against the registrar handling an issue (KFintech, MUFG Intime, Bigshare, Maashitla and others), and it tracks IPO GMP (grey market premium) and the wider IPO calendar - open, upcoming, closed and recently listed issues, with price band, lot size, issue size and subscription figures where available.
Checking an allotment needs only a PAN - no account required. An optional account exists solely to save a PAN so it does not have to be retyped next time.
Allotment results come directly from the registrar handling each issue, in response to a live lookup - IPOCheckr does not produce, store or edit that result. The IPO calendar, GMP, subscription figures and issue details (including company information, financials and peers) are sourced from third-party market data providers and refreshed through the day. IPOCheckr does not independently verify them. GMP is unofficial market chatter, not a figure any exchange or regulator publishes.
Figures such as GMP percentage, estimated listing price, gain per lot and the retail allotment-odds estimate, and the summaries on each IPO page, are calculated by IPOCheckr from that data. They are indicative, not guaranteed.
IPOCheckr is not a broker, an investment adviser, a research analyst, a portfolio manager, or a registrar. It does not accept IPO applications, hold money or securities, or execute transactions, and it holds no SEBI registration. It is an independent project - not a registered company - and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any registrar, exchange, depository or regulatory authority.
