IPOCheckr

Terms of Use

Last updated 31 August 2026

By using IPOCheckr you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the application.

What this service does

The application looks up IPO allotment results on your behalf from the registrar handling a given issue, and presents the result. That is the entire scope of the service.

What this service is not

It is not a broker, an investment adviser, a research analyst, a portfolio manager, or a registrar. It does not accept IPO applications, hold money or securities, or execute transactions. It provides no investment advice or recommendation of any kind.

Accounts

An account is optional and exists only so you can save a PAN for reuse. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for the accuracy of any PAN you enter. Please only enter a PAN you are entitled to use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the application to look up PANs that are not yours or that you are not authorised to check, to attempt bulk or automated querying, to circumvent rate limits or security checks, or to interfere with the registrars’ systems. Access may be restricted where such use is detected.

Availability

The service depends on third-party registrar systems and may be unavailable, incomplete or delayed for reasons outside our control. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. No uptime is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the application — including any financial loss resulting from an allotment result that was unavailable, delayed, incomplete or incorrectly reported by a source. Please see the Disclaimer.

Changes

These terms may change as the product develops. The date above shows when they were last updated; continuing to use the application after a change means you accept the updated terms.
