IPOCheckr is a convenience tool for looking up IPO allotment information. Always confirm anything that matters with the registrar, the exchange, your broker, or your bank or demat statement.

Information source

Allotment results are retrieved from the registrar handling each issue. We do not produce, verify or correct that information — we relay what the source returns. If a registrar’s system is unavailable, slow, or returns something we cannot interpret, the application says it could not get an answer rather than presenting a guess.

A result of “could not check” is not the same as “not allotted”, and the application deliberately keeps those two outcomes separate.

No guarantee of accuracy

We make no guarantee that information shown is accurate, complete or current beyond what the underlying source provides. Information may be delayed or may change after you view it.

Not investment advice

Nothing in this application is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or apply for any security. Do not make an investment or financial decision solely on the basis of information shown here. Consider seeking advice from a qualified professional.

No affiliation or regulatory status

IPOCheckr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any registrar, stock exchange, depository, or regulatory authority. It holds no SEBI registration and makes no claim to any licence, approval or regulated status. Registrar and company names are used only to identify whose information is being looked up.

Missing issue details

Issue dates, price bands, lot sizes and issue sizes are not shown for an IPO because the allotment sources this application uses publish only the issue name. Where you need those details, please refer to the exchange or the offer document.
